Your article on dog restraint in vehicles refers to cars and repeately states cars - whereas the legislation states utes and open tray tops - nowhere does it say car. This legislation only refers to the carriage of dogs on utes and I consider that the wording has been misinterpreted . Did onyone check this with the Police who should know what they are policing.
